Besides supervising overall financial matters, the position is engaged with a broader spectrum as a financial planner, analyst, leader, administrator and custodian of UDDIPAN. Mr. Rahman has 27 years of experience in Microfinance and financial sector in Bangladesh. He has done his MBA in Finance. |

Mr. Kader has 30 years of experience in Microfinance and the financial sector in Bangladesh. He is also a consultancy service in the microfinance sector in different Microfinance institutions with in the country. |

Md. Emdadul Hoque obtained a Master's in Management from Chittagong University and MBA in Finance from Bangladesh University. He worked at Shakti Foundation as Senior Director & Head of the Microfinance Program. Before that, he worked at BRAC, UDDIPAN, CNRS, and SAJIDA Foundation as Head of Finance and Microfinance. Mr. Hoque has 32 years of experience in Microfinance and the financial sector in Bangladesh and was consulted by different Microfinance Institutions for developing their business plan. He was also consulted by the relevant government bodies for reviewing the microfinance policies in particular and poverty alleviation strategies in general. At present, he is playing the role of the Executive Director of the People's Welfare Foundation. |
